Eden isles home owner's association works closely with the architectural control committee, the sheriff’s department and St. Tammany parish code enforcement to resolve issues that concern our members.

Our annual Eden Isles Neighborhood Garage Sale is right around the corner, taking place on Saturday, April 25. This community tradition brings neighbors together while giving everyone a chance to clear out unused items, discover great finds, and enjoy a lively morning throughout the neighborhood. Whether you’re selling, shopping, or simply strolling, it’s always a fun way to kick off spring.
Residents participating in the sale are encouraged to set up in their driveways beginning early that morning. The HOA will promote the event across community channels to help bring in visitors, but the best turnout always comes from neighbors spreading the word. Typical favorites—tools, furniture, décor, kids’ items, outdoor gear, and household goods—tend to go quickly, so early browsing is always worthwhile.
Events like this strengthen the sense of connection that makes Eden Isles special. Even if you’re not selling, it’s a great opportunity to meet new neighbors, catch up with familiar faces, and enjoy the energy of a community-wide event. Mark your calendar for April 25 & 26.
