On Point Lawn Service helps us care for approximately 15.5 acres of neighborhood green space, ensuring Eden Isles continues to look clean, welcoming, and well‑maintained throughout the year.

📅 Mowing Schedule

To balance appearance with budget, we currently maintain the following schedule:

• Twice per month during the summer
• Once per month during the winter

This schedule keeps our entrances, medians, and shared green areas neat — but it represents the maximum level of service our current membership funding can support.
